- Izmantojot FET tranzistorus, izveidot 4 atsevišķas loģiskās shēmas, kuras nodrošina sekojošu funkcionalitāti - AND, NAND, OR un NOR.
- Izmantojot tikai elementus NAND, NOR un NOT, izveidot elementu XOR (2 variantos): 1. vadi drīkst krustoties, 2. vadi nedrīkst krustoties
