This document describes the basic HIL level functions organized by resources available to applications. This is also useful when porting to a new hardware platform, to check what has to be implemented.
- ADC
- Alarm, also sometimes called times
- Bit utilities
- Flash storage (usually external to MCU)
- GPIO - general purpose IO pins and ports
- LEDs - for signalling status and user interface
- Radio interface
- Sleep functions
- USART and serial port access
