Add shortcut to the Launcher

Add a shortcut to the Launcher. For example to the Downloads folder

sudo apt-get install gnome-panel
gnome-desktop-item-edit ~/Desktop/ --create-new

Then edit the Command field to point to "nautilus Downloads"

Then drag the shortcut icon to the Launcher
