Tunneling

ssh-tunnel-socks-proxy

In short:
$ssh -D 9999 username@ip-address-of-ssh-server
Then set in Firefox to use a SOCKS proxy: “localhost", port 9999

I.e., the opposite to the command 'groups myuser'
